Whether you agree with them or not, you have to admit Rage know how to get a message across, and their foundation is the sheer ferocity of Zach De La Rocha.ģ6. Charismatic, influential (he was one of the first rock frontmen to play bass), and a black irishman in a time when being a black irishman was not exactly hip. It’s one of those albums you can take to any house party and put it on, letting it play from start to finish and nobody is going to complain. My favorite classic rock album is Beggars Banquet by the Stones. Some of these bands and their songs are near religious experiences, the impacts they have had on the world and the quality of our lives is at times immeasurable. What are the greatest rock n roll bands of all-time? Some pop into your head right away, but making a list of 25 and not leaving out some of your favorites is near impossible.
